Description

HYDRAULIC TEST STAND DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN UP TO 28 GPM AT 3000 PSI, MAX OPERATING PRESSURE 5150 PSI

MAIN FEATURES
Hydraulic test stand up to 110 l/min / 28 GPM at 240 Bar / 3500 PSI and has a maximum operating pressure of 350 Bar / 5150 PSI at 55 l/min / 14 GPM multi-fuel Diesel engine driven (HDGPU), trailer mounted (steel structure), maximum towing speed 30 km/h hand-operated drum brakes on the rear axle. Compatible working fluid according to MIL-PRF-5606, MIL-PRF-83282, MIL-PRF-87257 others on request. Operating temperature of the hydraulic fluid: from -20°C to 75°C; maximum temperature 80°C.
Main pump axial-piston type with adjustable displacement and working pressure; low-noise helical gear type booster pump, coupled in tandem on the rear flange of the main pump, in axial position. Vacuum system via dedicated vacuum-pump designed to ensure perfect degassing from the presence of air in the system and for the refill of the oil reservoir.
High efficiency filtration system: 3μ high pressure filter on the delivery line equipped with differential pressure switch for clogged filter indication, 25μ medium pressure filter on the booster line with differential pressure switch for clogged filter indication, 25μ filter on the main pump drainage line, equipped with a differential pressure switch to indicate a clogged filter.
Hydraulic system with two delivery and two return lines with possibility of different pressures with dedicated gauges. The hydraulic cart system is operable in open and close-loop. The return line is equipped with adjustable back pressure with a dedicated gauge. Furthermore, there is a drainage line, through a dedicated flexible hose, that could be also used for the cart reservoir refilling. Connections with the aircraft: 2x 1" delivery hoses (high pressure), 2x 1½" return hoses (medium pressure); 1x ½" drainage hose. Length for all the hoses is 8m. Hoses storage on the side of the cart. Four-points tie-down points in accordance with STANAG 3548.

EQUIPMENT
• Four pneumatic wheels with helicoid springs suspensions and anti-roll bars standard NATO
• Tow bar with towing eye in accordance with STANAG 4101
• Forklift pockets
• Emergency stop button and other safeties requested by the applied standards

RESERVOIR
The working fluid tank is in stainless steel (AISI316) with a capacity of 150 litres and is equipped with: inspection hole, level detector, filling and drainage port, suction and return connections. There is a sampling port to allow periodic analysis of the working fluid (according to NAS 1638). The bench can be operated indifferently using its tank or the aircraft one, by operating the 4-way manual selector.
